Remote administration

We carry out the majority of our system administration work remotely. We make use of SSH to securely access Linux/BSD servers remotely.

With out of band management systems such as out of band management (often known as lights out management or LOM), KVM over IP and console servers becoming more popular, we are able to respond remotely to “server down” problems.
